Terms of Service

1. Service description

Sota YT Ventures ("the App") is a private, internal-use automation tool operated by Sota Mikami ("the Operator") that publishes educational documentary videos to YouTube channels owned by the Operator.

The App is not offered as a product or service to third parties. There are no end users other than the Operator. These Terms govern the Operator's own use of the App and document the App's scope for the purposes of Google OAuth verification.

2. Acceptable use

The App is used exclusively to:

• Publish lawful, original educational content to YouTube channels owned by the Operator.
• Update metadata and retrieve analytics for those channels.
• Operate within the limits set by Google's API Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines.

The App does not access or modify any YouTube channel that is not owned by the Operator.

3. Compliance with Google policies

The Operator uses the App in compliance with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the Google API Services User Data Policy, and YouTube Community Guidelines, including disclosure requirements for AI-generated or synthetic content.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Operator acknowledges that automated content publishing may produce errors and is solely responsible for reviewing and managing the output published to the Operator's channels.

5. Limitation of liability

Because the App is internal-use only and has no users other than the Operator, there is no third party to whom liability would extend. The Operator assumes full responsibility for content published via the App and for compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.

These Terms may be updated as the App evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
